• →Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering & management, engineering, supply chain, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• →Two years of experience in planning or planning-related function, preferably within Micron.
• →Preferably with experience or at least willing to learn, in the following areas:
  • →Familiar with database management system
  • →Strong skills in data presentation (Tableau, Power BI).
• →Strong critical and analytical thinking skill.
• →Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneously.
• →Able to work in numerous areas of a development cycle as part of a team or independently.
• →High adaptability and flexibility to take care of variety of problems in a fast-paced environment.
• →Strong interpersonal skills.
• →Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• →Validated leadership skills.
  • →Able to collaborate in various cultures to drive projects forward and to completion.
  • →Able to articulate problem statement and address root cause.
  • →Able to apply creativity and innovation into solutioning as needed.
• →Self-motivated, strong ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• →Very high attention to detail and data accuracy and quality.
