As a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.

- Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills, to drive progress to plan and to get management support and buy-in for complex projects/programs
- Strong teammate to effectively collaborate with multi-functional organizations and proven track record, interpersonal, and customer service skill to comfortably work across boundaries and geographies.
- Professional, organized, meticulous, strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Able to independently complete tasks and adapt to constantly evolving environment.
- 5 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience will be preferred
- Project/Program management experiences are preferable
- Skilled in the creation and management of projects/programs (Power BI, Tableau reports, SharePoint Online, etc) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Automate, PowerApps).
- Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Travel Required : Yes – Domestic and International travel as required by business needs

- Shift : Normal shift (8+ hour)
