As an HBM Manufacturing Production Engineer, you will be essential in maintaining flawless production processes and delivering world-class products. This is an outstanding chance to join a company that prizes innovation, collaboration, and excellence! ## Responsibilities: * Build, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for HBM production * Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the highest production standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements * Conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost reductions * Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues and minimize downtime * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards ## Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience * Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry * Strong understanding of HBM technology and production processes * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to communicate effectively in both English and an additional language commonly used in business settings * Willingness to work a day or night shift, based on operational needs and personal preference. * Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
