The Principal, Leadership & Organization Capability plays a meaningful role in helping Micron achieve excellence and transform the enterprise. This role equips leaders to perform quickly, redesign work with AI, and sustain business impact.

We are seeking a forward-thinking leadership development practitioner with deep expertise in building leadership capability and a solid understanding of how AI can enhance learning, scale impact, and accelerate transformation. This role will serve as a critical enabler of enterprise culture change by reshaping how leadership development is designed, delivered, and continuously improved for the future of work.

Requirements

Exposure to applying AI, digital tools, or data-driven approaches to improve leadership development, decision-making, or organizational outcomes is an advantage.
Experience working across global teams and business environments, applying insights from diverse perspectives to build leadership experiences with broad global relevance.
Exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives, with an understanding of the leadership capabilities required to navigate change, drive adoption, and sustain impact.
Strong facilitation skills in both English and local language, based on audience needs (where applicable).
