Quality Technician (Audit)

• →Conduct regular in-process audits and inspections at various stages of manufacturing to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• →Utilize measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to assess product and process conformity.
• →Document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in detailed reports for traceability.
• →Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• →Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvements.
• →Support root cause analysis for quality issues and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
• →Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• →Maintain 6S standards in the production and audit areas.
• →Present audit results and improvement recommendations to supervisors and cross-functional teams.

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• Ability to work on 12 hours shift and work in the production line.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to apply them effectively in daily work.

• Experience in in-process quality control or manufacturing audits preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection techniques is preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
• Good project management skills and continuous improvement knowledge is preferred.
