Responsibilities

→Own inventory accuracy, timely issue resolution, and disciplined month‑end close execution
→Develop VBA and analytics‑driven automation for FE unit inventory to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls
→Leverage strong data and analytical skills to drive continuous process improvement and efficiency gains
→Partner closely with global finance, manufacturing, and operations stakeholders to support standard costing and inventory accounting activities
→Build deep understanding of Micron manufacturing flows, supply chain processes, product attribution, and inventory valuation
→Support timely standard cost setting and inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
→Analyze and explain monthly changes in standard cost forecasts, inventory drivers, and manufacturing variances
→Support inventory accounting activities including period‑end close, reconciliations, reserves, and forecast‑to‑actual analysis
→Support monthly and quarterly forecast reviews, inventory performance tracking, and cost actualization
→Prepare data‑driven insights, summaries, and recommendations to enable cost and inventory improvements

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual thinking skills
Demonstrated experience in inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, with demonstrated experience in inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analytics.

Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, reporting, automation)
Strong VBA and Excel automation experience to improve efficiency and data reliability
Familiarity with Impact ECS, SAP, and financial reporting / planning tools (e.g., TM1, Power BI, Adaptive Insights)
Experience with financial or business process modeling is a plus
