We are looking for a dedicated QE PCT SR ENGINEER_TY to join our team in Taoyuan, Taiwan. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on ambitious projects that directly impact our advanced node ramp and yield improvement initiatives. As a QE PCT SR ENGINEER_TY, you will partner with world-class professionals and employ recognized approaches to minimize contamination risks and ensure product quality. This position plays a key part in promoting innovation and preserving our leading status in the semiconductor industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead process AMC control and N₂ / advanced FOUP environmental control efforts to reduce contamination risks and safeguard product quality. Develop and complete end-to-end contamination control strategies across FOUP/FOSB, equipment, and fab environments. Drive monitoring, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve fab quality, manufacturing stability, and yield performance. Work together with process integration, equipment, AMHS, and global teams to aid advanced node ramp and manufacturing readiness. Define contamination control standards, procedures, and guidelines, and benchmark solutions with industry-leading approaches. Support contamination-related investigations, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive actions across fabs. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in an engineering position, ideally within the semiconductor sector. Strong data and analytics skills, with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); experience with AI tools or applied data/AI solutions is a strong plus. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with simulation tools and performing simulations related to contamination control or process environments is valued. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment. Strong dedication to safety, quality, and compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
