• →Own Pre‑Qualification wafer strategy and OpEx cost management across DPAG products
• →Lead alignment across multiple functions on product development demand, forecasts, and execution
• →Design and maintain demand and forecasting models supporting early product life‑cycle decisions
• →Drive cost, inventory, and cycle‑time optimization while maintaining development velocity
• →Support product development execution through PDT leadership, inventory management, and issue resolution
• →AI proficiency or AI‑enabled ways of working and leveraging AI tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field
• Experience with demand forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence across technical and business teams
• Experience with AI concepts or methods of working involving AI

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
• Experience supporting product development, NPI, or sustaining engineering programs
• Experience managing OpEx budgets or cost strategies
• Proficiency with advanced analytics, modeling tools, or AI‑driven process improvement
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience with AI Platforms
