• →Develop reliability stress and testing approaches for NAND products.
• →Build and maintain NAND product reliability and characterization test programs.
• →Collaborate with product reliability engineers to define reliability test flows.
• →Support the operations team to ensure flawless execution of test flows on live products.
• →Provide test program support for failure validation and characterization.
• →Contribute to burn-in board build and software development.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Microelectronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven understanding of Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Solid understanding of NAND flash memory reliability failure mechanisms and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with C++/Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation for learning and development.
• Excellent analytical approach and structured personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with using AI tools to improve test program development is advantageous.
