Collaboration Engineer

Implementation Cisco Unified Communications related technologies :UCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Jabber, VCS / Expressway, Cisco Paging Server / Informacast, UCCX, Emergency Responder, and Voice Gateways. Responsible for day-to-day technical support of all Cisco Unified Communications (UC) systems Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems. Monitoring of Managed Services UC customers via 3rd party network monitoring software. Troubleshoot, identify and resolve IPT (Cisco) and backbone voice Incidents. Troubleshoot value added services (Voice Mail, Attendant console, etc...) Ability to deliver LLD and reviewing the HLD. Perform release management activities. (Implement new release and upgrades) Requirements B.Sc. of Communications or Computer Engineering/ Computer Science. CCNP Collaboration certificate is a must. 2+ years of experience installing Cisco Unified Communication solutions.
