Ensure stable and reliable Operation for Storage and Backup Day-to-day performance monitoring. Manages Systems High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions Maintain, configure, upgrade Active-Active SAN infrastructure. Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup solution; monitor backup jobs, execute restore jobs, troubleshoot failed jobs, and initiate corrective actions. Perform daily Storage operational tasks, LUN/Space provisioning, monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and initiate corrective actions. Complete routine tasks and troubleshoot the storage & backup infrastructure under support. Perform problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues; suggest and document workarounds & solutions. Assist in Creation reports for backup and storage environments and related activities and tasks. Assist in Creation documentation for storage and backup environments Requirements Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. 2+ years of experience
