Payment Systems Application Support

Configure and manage routing rules, message formats (MT/MX), user roles, and system parameters across payment systems. Maintain system security, including access controls, user permissions, and operational configurations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SWIFT CSP and AML/CTF standards. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of payment platforms. Support daily operations related to payment processing, reconciliation, and dispute resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth system integration and performance. Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, duplicate transactions, and unauthorized access. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or integrations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in payment systems, banking operations, or financial services. Hands‑on experience with: SWIFT Alliance Access / Alliance Gateway / RMA, ACH (National Switch / Local Clearing House), CorPay, SafeWatch, TDR (Reconciliation & Dispute Resolution), PaymentSafe / PaymentGuard (Fraud/Authentication), DDA (duplicate detection).
