Act as a technical lead for all projects related to personal E-Channels Provide technical and functional support for SAS applications. Responsible for SIT and UAT for all fixes, changes, and new projects. Assist for the go-live activity with internal and external-related teams. Responsible for supporting and operating all projects after going live. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in the field. Ability to read, debug, and optimize existing SAS code. Knowledge of handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with development or infrastructure teams. Basic SQL, API, networking and servers management is required. Ability to write or understand Shell Scripts used for job automation or monitoring. Fluent English. Team player with good time management skills.
