Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Post job vacancies on different platforms and attract qualified candidates. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding. Requirements Bachelor degree in any related field. 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment. Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is a must. Good knowledge of using MS office.
