Requirements Bacholer degree in Communication engineering, computer engineering. 2+ years of experience in the same field. Solid experience with different voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP, digital PRI / T1, analog FXO / FXS. Extensive experience with cisco call manager configuration, cisco call center script editing, trunking systems and cisco voice gateway. CCNP Voice is required, CCIE Voice is a plus.
