As a Call Center Supervisor, you lead from the front — literally. This role is hands-on: about 90% of your time is spent on the floor, coaching agents in real time, right beside them as they build skill and confidence.

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a KPI-driven environment
• Strong coaching instincts — feedback people actually want to hear
• Confidence handling tough conversations naturally and productively
• Comfort using systems and data to track performance and drive results
• A positive, team-first attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Call center or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus
