~1 min read- →Daily Budget Pacing: Meticulously review and monitor platform and campaign budgets daily to ensure optimal pacing and prevent over/underspending.
- →Paid Search Campaign Launch: Execute the launch of new paid search campaigns from start to finish, including:

- →Thorough keyword research and selection.
- →Crafting compelling and effective ad copy.
- →Structuring efficient and logical ad groups.
- →Paid Search Optimization: Continuously optimize paid search campaigns for maximum performance, including:
- →
- →Performing regular keyword optimizations (e.g., adding negatives, adjusting bids).
- →Conducting ad copy quality reviews and A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- →Adjusting bids, audience targeting, and other campaign settings to improve KPIs.
- →Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads experience is a must).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies to internal teams.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.
The pay range for this role is:
$54,000 - 63,000 per year (New York Office)
