Milestone Health Partners of Williston, North Dakota is growing and seeking to add a part-time to full-time postdoctoral psychology resident who has experience working with the pediatric and/or adult populations providing psychological evaluations and psychotherapy within an outpatient clinical setting. There are opportunities to provide outreach services to local agencies to address trauma and school-based therapy. This position offers flexibility to work onsite or remotely providing telehealth services.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes diagnostic interviews to identify current needs of patients
- Selects, administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests and completes psychological assessments
- Assesses patients and makes recommendations on the need for or modifications of therapeutic activities
- Conducts various forms of individual and group psychotherapy, including specialized areas of treatment such as trauma-informed CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.
- Consults with medical personnel regarding patient’s mental health status and appropriate medication management
- Writes reports regarding patient progress and competency
- Participates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetings
- Participates in weekly supervision sessions with a licensed psychologist
- Works collaboratively with other disciplines
- Initiates, designs, collaborates, and reports on outpatient and outreach programs
- Presents on behavioral health topics to individuals in the community
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications
- Ph.D. in psychology or a Doctor of Psychology degree
- Experience with conducting pediatric and/or adult psychological evaluations and providing psychotherapy
- Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns
- Motivated to grow as an early career psychologist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
