Position Summary

The Material Fielding Lead will serve as the Site Manager for PdM Command Post Integrated Infrastructure (CPI2) fielding operations at Fort Campbell. The position coordinates fielding, training, logistics, and site activities while serving as the primary liaison between PdM CPI2, OEM teams, Force Modernization personnel, and supported Army units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site CPI2 fielding, training, and logistics activities.
• Support NMIB/Synchronization briefs and Capability Set fielding events.
• Provide daily/weekly SITREPs on training, fielding, and logistics activities.
• Coordinate classroom, office, storage, equipment, and training requirements.
• Serve as the primary POC for PdM CPI2/OEM teams and supported units.
• Conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings with program leads, senior leaders, and support staff.
• Ensure unit and PdM CPI2 requirements and tasks are completed.
• Identify and resolve logistics and fielding issues independently.
• Brief senior military leadership on CPI2 capabilities and fielding status.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• DoD experience coordinating, planning, fielding, and training operations.
• Knowledge of Standard Army Information Management Systems.
• Working knowledge of Army organizational structures, including MTOE, and Total Package Fielding (TPF).
• Knowledge of the PdM CPI2 Warfighter environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and outside regular duty hours as required.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with military units, senior leaders, government personnel, and OEM teams.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. at shoulder height and 60 lbs. at waist height for a distance of 50 feet.
