We're looking for a General Manager who knows that a great sports bar isn't built from behind a desk.

It's built on the floor.

It's built by great people.

It's built when the place is packed, the game is on, the beer is flowing, the kitchen is moving, and everyone is having a damn good time.

If that sounds like your kind of Saturday night, keep reading.

We're looking for someone who wants to own it.

Own the shift.
Own the team.
Own the guest experience.
Own the numbers.
Own the wins.
Own the mistakes.

Because that's what accountability looks like.

We believe in The Way It Should Be.

Take care of your people.
Take care of your guests.
Do what you say you're going to do.
Hold the standard.
Have each other's backs.
Work your ass off.
Celebrate the wins.
And have some fun while you're doing it.

And when a guest asks for something?

We figure out how to make it happen.

Because that's hospitality.

Responsibilities

~2 min read

You'll run the restaurant like you own the place—because you should care about it like you do.

  • →

Lead the entire operation and set the tone every single day.

  • →

Build a team people actually want to be part of.

  • →

Hire great people and don't settle for mediocre ones.

  • →

Train, coach, challenge, and develop your team.

  • →

Create leaders—not just employees who can make it through a shift.

  • →

Hold people accountable while still making work a place people enjoy coming to.

  • →

Be on the floor, especially when things get busy.

  • →

Make sure the energy in the building is contagious—for our guests and our team.

  • →

Create an experience that makes guests want to come back before they've even left.

  • →

Say YES to guests whenever humanly possible and teach your team to do the same.

  • →

Own sales, labor, costs, profitability, and operational results.

  • →

Know your numbers—and know what you're going to do about them.

  • →

Keep food, drinks, cleanliness, service, and safety at the standard.

  • →

Lead through packed houses, big games, weekends, holidays, and the occasional beautiful disaster.

  • →

Celebrate your people when they crush it.

  • →

Have the hard conversations when they don't.

  • →

Jump in wherever you're needed. No job is beneath you.

  • →

Make decisions. Fix problems. Don't wait for someone else to do it.

  • →

Leave the restaurant better than you found it.

We're looking for a leader, not someone who just wants a title.

You might be our person if:

  • You genuinely love restaurants.

  • You love sports, beer, great food, and a loud, fun environment.

  • You know how to lead people without sucking the fun out of the room.

  • You believe accountability and positivity belong on the same team.

  • You aren't afraid to have difficult conversations.

  • You don't need someone standing over you telling you what to do.

  • You understand that your team is your business.

  • You know that happy employees create great guest experiences.

  • You understand that great hospitality isn't complicated: take care of people.

  • You see a problem and fix it instead of walking past it.

  • You celebrate your team's wins like they're your own.

  • You can laugh at yourself.

  • You can handle the pressure when the building is absolutely rocking.

  • You want to build something—not just clock in and clock out.

Because we're not asking you to give us everything without giving something back.

  • Competitive salary

  • Performance bonus opportunities

  • Health & dental insurance

  • Paid vacation

  • Free meals while working

  • Ongoing leadership development

  • Support from a leadership team that actually wants you to succeed

  • Opportunities to grow with the company

  • A culture where performance matters

  • A team that works hard and has fun doing it

We don't need another person to babysit a restaurant.

We need someone who wants to LEAD one.

Someone who walks in every morning thinking:

Better team.
Better service.
Better numbers.
Better guest experience.
Better culture.

And when the doors open and the crowd starts coming in?

If you're the kind of person who can lead a team, own the results, take care of guests, have a beer after a long shift, laugh when things get crazy, and still show up the next day ready to do it all again...
