As the CEO of a new subsidiary, you will lead the global operations for a part of our business, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience leading fast-paced teams through aggressive international growth. Our culture We believe in minimum bureaucracy and maximum creative freedom. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience leading fast-paced teams, with a focus on operations, strategic business development, and/or product marketing. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams/projects. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision making. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Bonus points for: Experience in tech startups EdTech experience or domain knowledge MBA or equivalent advanced degree What you will be doing: Execute the Board of Directors’ strategy and other decisions for the subsidiary. Develop and implement the strategic vision for the subsidiary that aligns with the parent company’s goals, focusing on innovation and expansion in the EdTech space. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance growth and market presence internationally. Attract, retain, and develop top talent. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the implementation of efficient processes and systems that support rapid growth and operational excellence Develop and manage the budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and achieving financial targets. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability and ensure sustainable growth. Utilize technical knowledge to guide product development and ensure the offerings remain at the forefront of educational technology. Represent the subsidiary to key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, building and maintaining strong relationships. Engage with the EdTech community, including in international conferences, to promote our mission and achievements and stay informed of industry trends.
