Water Spider - 1st Shift

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking a 1st Shift General Laborer/Water Spider.

Reports to: General Labor Supervisor

Cooperates with: Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety, Customer Service, and Quality

Location: Prior Lake, MN

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon - Fri 6AM - 2:30PM

• →Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping
• →Prepping of material for production teams within facility
• →Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages
• →Stage materials according to production schedules
• →Keep aisles organized and free of hazards
• →Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified)
• →Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
• →Clean and Grind silencers.
• →Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials
• →Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication
• →Assist the welders with installation of welding materials
• →Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma
• 1 + years of general warehouse experience and knowledge relating to manufacturing preferred
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices

The pay range for this role is $20-23/hour+ depending on skills and experience.
