As an AI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating AI adoption for enterprise clients, bridging advanced AI capabilities with tangible business impact. Your mission is to enable organizations to become “Frontier Firms” by identifying high-value use cases, designing scalable solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related tools, and driving adoption through workshops and enablement programs. This is a technical role ideal for professionals passionate about AI innovation and business transformation within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Use Case Discovery: Analyze client workflows to uncover opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and innovation.

Solution Design & Implementation: Configure and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and low-code platforms to deliver rapid business value.

Workshop Facilitation & Training: Lead ideation sessions and hands-on workshops to demystify AI and empower client teams.

Adoption Enablement: Develop playbooks, user guides, and adoption strategies to ensure seamless integration of AI into daily operations for long-term impact.
Requirements
~1 min readGenerative AI Literacy: Solid understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini) and proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
Low-Code AI Tools: Experience or strong willingness to master Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio (building Generative Answers, Topics, Actions).
Microsoft Ecosystem: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Agentic Frameworks: Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI for autonomous AI agents.
Technical Integration: Basic Python skills for API integration and connecting AI with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
Cloud & Data: Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service, Vector Databases, and AI infrastructure fundamentals.
