Operations Advisor (Active TS/SCI Required)

We are seeking an Operations Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape and optimize operational frameworks. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support cross-functional alignment across engineering, production, and technology initiatives.

• →Partner with leadership to assess, develop, and refine operational strategies that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• →Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
• →Advise on resource planning, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure operational goals align with business objectives
• →Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve collaboration and project execution between technical, engineering, and business teams
• →Provide guidance on risk management, compliance, and operational readiness for new programs or technology deployments
• →Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and support data-driven decision-making
• →Lead or support special projects focused on operational transformation, scalability, and process innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and/or Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting—preferably in a technology or engineering-focused organization
• Proven track record of advising senior leaders on operational improvement and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
