Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security and commercial facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients located in Laurel, MD

Responsibilities

→Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
→Gather and dispose of trash.
→Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
→Dust furniture and clean windows.
→Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols.
→Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory.
→Notify management of necessary repairs.

Requirements
