We’re expanding our Commercial team to help elevate Mitch to new heights with Sales Broker, Producer and Branch Owner opportunities that let you build the career you want.
Are you an experienced Commercial Lines Producer looking to drive your own book of business with the brand, technology, and support that’ll help you win in the market? Join us!
What you’ll do
As a Commercial Lines Producer at Mitch, you’ll target a wide-open client field to actively prospect and develop your own pipeline. We’ll also provide qualified leads to supplement your efforts.
Your expertise and professionalism will shine as you advise small and medium businesses on their risk exposure. You’ll have access to products from all of Canada’s top commercial carriers to design tailored insurance programs and solutions. You’ll establish strong client relationships built on trust. You want to be recognized as a strategic advisor – not a salesperson.
We’ll provide an Account Manager to support with service, renewals, and the administrative side of things, so that you can focus on building your portfolio.

Your qualifications
You’ve worked as a Commercial Producer or Sales Broker at an insurance brokerage for at least two years and have your RIBO licence.
Salary
Target earnings of $50,000–$120,000, comprised of salary advances and commission, with significant income growth potential as your portfolio expands.
