Communications Trainer - Voice & Accent

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Trainer to join our team "Coaching our Sales and Support engineers to bridge cultural gaps and deliver a seamless 'North American' or 'British' customer experience.". The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice coaching and a proven history of delivering high-quality training programs.

Note: This is a full-time, onsite role. Candidates must be available for afternoon shifts (2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12 midnight) and occasional night shifts to support our global operations.

• →Conduct voice coaching sessions for employees servicing US and/or UK audiences.
• →Facilitate instructor-led training programs.
• →Design, plan, and implement effective training curriculums.
• →Organize and execute training workshops and classes.
• →Provide constructive criticism and coaching to participants.
• →Assess individual performance and develop improvement plans.
• →Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs.

• 4–7 years of experience in voice coaching, specifically for employees servicing US and/or UK audiences.
• Deep expertise in training on American Accent and accent neutralization to ensure clear, effective communication with international clients.
• Proven experience in facilitating high-impact, instructor-led training (ILT) programs.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive training curriculums tailored to voice and accent requirements.
• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching to improve participant performance.
• Proficiency in assessing individual performance, identifying phonetic gaps, and creating targeted improvement plans.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of planning and executing large-scale training workshops.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships to align training with business goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
