Enterprise Sales Executive (APAC & EMEA)

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing a sales pipeline, and working closely with Sales Development Representatives to achieve targets. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Regular tracking of sales performance and providing updates to leadership are essential.
Responsibilities

- →Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build long-lasting relationships.
- →Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
- →Prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
- →Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
- →Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
- →Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR.
- →Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
