We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to strengthen our Office IT team and bring complementary expertise to the team.

You will help operate and continuously improve the internal technology environment used by our employees across Europe. The scope is broad and combines Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, enterprise applications, IT support and procurement.

This is a hands-on role with significant room for ownership. You will work alongside our existing IT Engineers while taking responsibility for internal platforms and contributing to projects that improve the way we work across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and continuously improve Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

  • Manage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune.

  • Manage device configuration, application deployment and compliance policies.

  • Improve device provisioning and lifecycle management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate the employee digital workplace experience.

  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Manage and improve Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.

  • Manage groups, roles and application access.

  • Configure and maintain SSO integrations.

  • Contribute to improving access governance and automation.

  • Administer and continuously improve our Jira and Confluence environments.

  • Configure projects, workflows, permissions, custom fields, automation and integrations.

  • Work with teams across the company to translate their needs into practical solutions within Jira and Confluence.

  • Administer and support other internal SaaS platforms such as HubSpot.

  • Manage application configuration, access, licensing and lifecycle.

  • Prior Jira or Confluence administration experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are looking for someone interested in developing strong expertise and ownership of these platforms.

  • Participate in day-to-day IT support and act as an escalation point for more complex issues.

  • Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, Microsoft 365 and business application issues.

  • Improve recurring operational processes through standardization and automation.

  • Maintain clear technical and operational documentation.

  • Collaborate with our Security team on security-related topics affecting the workplace environment.

  • Participate in hardware and software procurement.

  • Manage hardware lifecycle and inventory.

  • Manage software licensing and renewals.

  • Work with suppliers and vendors.

  • Help evaluate new tools and services based on business and technical requirements.

  • Lead or contribute to internal IT projects.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate existing processes.

  • Evaluate new technologies and SaaS solutions.

  • Share knowledge and expertise within the Office IT team.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our internal IT standards and practices.

  • Several years' experience in IT engineering, system engineering, digital workplace, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management.

  • Experience managing Windows endpoints with Microsoft Intune.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS administration.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Interest in automation, preferably with PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph.

  • Comfortable owning technical topics and driving them forward.

  • Organized and structured in the way they approach work, documentation, and follow-up.

  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong analytical thinking and AI proficiency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and make smart use of AI tools, whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.

  • Fluency in English, any other language is an asset.

Nice to Have
