Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
- →Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
- →Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
- →Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
- →Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal and external panels
- →Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- →Negotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and support onboarding activities
- →Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
- →Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding
Requirements
~1 min read- 3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
- Experience using recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
- Strong follow-up and closure skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
