The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and within timelines.

Responsibilities

→Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
→Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
→Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
→Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
→Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal and external panels
→Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
→Negotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and support onboarding activities
→Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
→Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding
