Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance

We are hiring a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst / Associate for a full-time, in-office role in Jakarta to act as the analytical engine room and program manager for our deal workstreams. You will interact closely with all levels of the organization, building commercial judgement, deep familiarity with numbers and the ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders. This role reports to our Regional Corporate Finance Lead in Singapore and our Treasury Lead in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytical filter on due diligence and information requests, pressure-testing responses and data from local finance and operations teams before anything goes to lenders or investors.
• Program manage and organise transaction outreach / update materials, dataroom, and covenant reporting.
• Reconcile and stress-test monthly management accounts across revenue, credit, and interest costs, as well as covenant headroom.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Big 4, Corporate Finance, or FP&A in a growth-stage company.
• Strong accounting or numerical foundation and advanced Excel skills; Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a top university.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing bank requests would be a plus
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work well across teams under deal timelines.
