• Seeking a Data Scientist with demonstrated experience designing and implementing advanced AI/ML and data science solutions across mission domains
• The successful candidate will support the MPO customer environment and develop sophisticated Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and customized machine learning solutions

• →Design and implement advanced AI/ML and data science solutions
• →Develop Agentic AI systems and customized RAG capabilities
• →Assess, evaluate, and implement appropriate ML models for specific mission needs
• →Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy machine learning and large language models
• →Tailor AI/ML solutions for operational performance and resource constraints
• →Develop models suitable for low-memory and low-resource edge-device environments
• →Evaluate model performance and recommend improvements
• →Work with mission stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing sophisticated AI/ML solutions
• Deep knowledge and experience with AI technologies
• Experience assessing, evaluating, training, and optimizing ML models
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Agentic AI systems
• Experience implementing RAG capabilities
• Experience optimizing models for constrained or edge-computing environments
• Expert Python proficiency
