Seeking a Requirements Analyst to support Federal Government and Intelligence Community customers by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and tracking technical and operational requirements
This position serves as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations to help ensure requirements are clearly defined, properly routed, and aligned with program objectives
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting complex IT programs and projects

Responsibilities

→Elicit and analyze IT requirements to determine customer needs
→Serve as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and implementation organizations
→Interface with IT professionals to support the production, storage, communication, and dissemination of information related to software applications and computer hardware
→Contribute directly to IT program and project activities, including validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements
→Record requirements using approved systems, tools, and templates, including platforms such as Remedy and SM7
→Review requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and properly documented
→Identify conflicting, incomplete, or ambiguous requirements and support resolution with appropriate stakeholders
→Develop and maintain requirement procedures and related documentation
→Prepare and deliver statistical data associated with requirements activity and status
→Prepare requirements status reviews and support other formal program or technical reviews
→Review requirements and provide recommendations regarding appropriate provisioning and implementation
→Verify compliance with applicable regulatory and administrative requirements to reduce the risk of requirements being misrouted or improperly processed
→Monitor and report technical progress, identify problem areas, and recommend potential resolutions
→Communicate issues clearly and work with stakeholders to identify practical solutions
→Verify that requirement strategies and objectives are appropriately addressed
→Write, review, and maintain technical documentation supporting program and project activities
→Support traceability and accountability throughout the requirements lifecycle

Requirements

Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
Two (2) years of relevant experience in requirements gathering or work of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree
Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and tracking technical or operational requirements
Ability to evaluate requirements for completeness, clarity, consistency, and compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with requirements management or ticketing tools such as Remedy or SM7
Experience preparing requirements status reports and supporting formal reviews
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, developers, and implementation teams
Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a mission-focused environment

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
