Senior Acquisition Marketing Specialist

We’re growing, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to come onboard as Senior Acquisition Marketing Specialist for our Singapore business.

Your mission is to drive cost-efficient acquisition growth for MoneySmart Singapore across performance marketing channels. You’ll support all commercial and brand-focused campaigns across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and other performance-driven platforms.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing, data-driven acquisition engine that balances short-term campaign execution with long-term sustainable growth. While performance campaigns will be a major focus, you’ll also work closely with teams across content, social, retention, and product to align acquisition efforts with brand and business outcomes.

• Optimise search & social campaigns with the guidance and support of the Acquisitions Lead
• Execute test & learn campaigns and report on them as defined by the acquisitions lead as well as pro-actively suggest new areas of optimisation 
• Own your own personal upskilling in areas such as campaign optimisation, usage of analytics platforms and AI 
• Pro-actively adopt AI within your processes and upskill yourself

• Experience in Google AdWords, Meta Business Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager 
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Braze is a plus 

• Own end to end weekly reporting and forecasts for the business unit assigned to you 
• Coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns; from brief to delivery and reporting 
• Support delivery of sponsored content and Media Sales campaigns

• Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate with various stakeholders on delivery and reporting 

• Ability to project manage multiple acquisition campaigns concurrently 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and approvals as well as ensure, diligent and timely delivery of acquisition campaigns 

• Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 
• Experience building dashboards and defining core performance metrics is a plus

• Comfortable using basic AI tools like chatgpt / Claude in marketing tasks 
• Openness to learn and upskill in this area

• Strong communication to share performance insights with business stakeholders 
• Ability to translate acquisition metrics into actionable business recommendations

• 1-3 years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing, preferably in a fintech, marketplace / e-comm, marketing agency or tech company
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns end to end in-house or in an agency setting 
• Experience using customer engagement platforms like Braze is a plus
• Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, or other relevant digital marketing qualifications would be considered an added advantage
