Monroe Capital (“Monroe”) is seeking an energetic person with strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and analytic ability to join Monroe Capital as we continue to grow and expand our business. All activities of the role will primarily support management of Monroe’s capital raising and investor service efforts on its Wealth Management Solutions business. Requires proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn other software programs. This position requires an individual with a bachelor’s degree in Finance or another Business-related degree.

• →Serve as a primary point of contact for wealth investors, financial advisors, and platforms on day-to-day account inquiries
• →Respond to investor requests regarding capital activity, statements, tax documents, and fund performance in a timely and accurate manner
• →Act as the primary liaison with investors/financial advisors and transfer agents on subscription processing, redemptions/tenders, transfers, capital calls, and distributions
• →Reconcile investor records between internal systems and third-party administrator/TA platforms
• →Track and resolve discrepancies in investor data, NAV statements, and capital account activity
• →Monitor subscription and redemption cycles to ensure deadlines are met across all fund vehicles
• →Serve as the go-to resource for advisors and investors navigating the portal, escalating technical issues as needed
• →Develop marketing materials for investors
• →Work with management, accounting, and operations teams to provide updated performance data to both existing investors and potential investors
• →Prepare quarterly updates for Monroe’s current investors
• →Assist with due diligence questions (“DDQ”), Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process and other investor relations and operational related reporting requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related degree with 3.0 or higher GPA
• Relevant internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Working knowledge of subscription document review, AML/KYC requirements, and capital call/distribution mechanics
• Experience interacting with fund administrators and/or transfer agents (e.g., SS&C, State Street, Apex, SEI, or similar)
• Familiarity with investor portal platforms (e.g., iCapital, CAIS, Intralinks, or proprietary portals)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple deadline-driven workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, service-oriented demeanor with sensitive client information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Stationary Work: Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer work, phone communication, and administrative tasks.
• Movement: Occasionally moves about the office to access files, supplies, meeting rooms, or other work areas. 
• Reaching/Positioning: Occasionally positions self to access shelves, organize materials, or retrieve office supplies. 
• Computer and Equipment Use: Regularly      operates a computer and other standard office productivity equipment (e.g., phone, printer, copier). 
• Communication: Able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through electronic methods as required to perform essential job duties.
