Game Night Staff: Communications (Part-Time/Seasonal)

The part-time Media Relations position will assist the Washington Wizards Public Relations team with game day duties during all Wizards home games throughout the 2026-27 season.

Responsibilities

- →Deliver credentials to media.
- →Help direct, service, and monitor media throughout the duration of the event.
- →Support game day and special event needs.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree or in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous public relations, communications, or journalism experience is a plus.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced work environment.
- Hard working, detail oriented, and results driven.
- Strong communication skills, customer-service oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and on a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Flexibility to work most Wizards home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
