Essential Functions:  

• Performs an exam, obtains complete medical history and records findings.  
• Order and interpret diagnostic procedures.
• Manage women’s healthcare including primary diagnoses, managing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Prescribes medications and injections in compliance with, their scope of practice, state law, and clinic guidelines.  
• Instructs patient/family regarding medications and treatments. 
• Educates patients regarding health and illness prevention. 
• Collaborates with physicians in managing medical needs of patients.  
• Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits.  
• Maintains and reviews patient records and other pertinent information.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• All other duties as assigned.
