Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Playwright and modern automation practices, along with hands-on experience in UI and API testing.

Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
→Automate web application test cases covering both UI and API
→Develop reusable test utilities and implement Page Object Models (POM)
→Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
→Execute regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing
→Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA teams
→Perform root cause analysis and debug automation failures
→Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain detailed test reports (Allure/HTML reports)
→Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices
→Continuously improve framework performance and scalability
