Responsibilities

Basic ability to read or learn to interpret wiring diagrams, wire lists, electrical schematics, and panel layout drawings. Experience with advanced electrical diagrams and control circuits is a plus.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn the use of wire strippers, crimpers, hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic electrical testing equipment.

Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

→

Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately, perform precise hand movements, stand for extended periods, and lift or move materials and panel assemblies weighing up to 70 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Willingness to complete required safety, PPE, ESD, IPC/WHMA-A-620 awareness, and other job-specific training and certifications.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative production environment.
