Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Regulatory Compliance team and support day-to-day operations. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping ensure the company remains compliant with its licensing and regulatory obligations. This is a great opportunity to develop your compliance expertise within the highly regulated iGaming industry while collaborating with experienced teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports and notifications to relevant regulators/authorities.
• Collect, review, and validate data required for regulatory reporting.
• Assist with ensuring regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
• Perform checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Support the preparation of responses to routine regulatory and licensing requests.
• Keep internal compliance records, trackers, and registers up to date.
• Compile & analyze required player data.
• Coordinate investigations of betting integrity matters across relevant teams, including the gathering and review of information for investigations and assisting with responses to regulatory requests. 
• Assist with monitoring industry news and changes to regulatory requirements and updating relevant records and processes.
• Support the Regulatory Compliance team with audits, reviews, and other regulatory projects.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the business, carry out general administrative and analytical tasks to support the effective operation of the Compliance function.
• Perform other compliance-related duties as required. 

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a compliance-focused role within the regulated gambling industry is an advantage.

• Ability to work with numerical and data-driven information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Previous exposure to regulatory reporting or working within a regulated environment.
• General knowledge of the online gambling industry.
• Experience with a sportsbook is an advantage.
