Moovs is an all-in-one software platform for ground transportation businesses. It provides solutions for reservation management, dispatching, payments, marketing, and everything you could possibly need to run a transportation business. Our customers are Black Car companies, Limo companies, Shuttle companies, Bus companies, and any other business that involves transporting people on the ground.

Our mission at Moovs is to empower ground transportation companies to do more. We measure our success against the success of the transportation businesses that use Moovs: how much they grow and how effectively they can run their businesses with Moovs.

Responsibilities

→Design, build, and ship the core features of Moovs which powers over 1000 transportation companies.
→Design and manage agentic loops, orchestrating multiple coding agents in parallel to tackle complex problems at scale.
→Research approaches, define high-level architecture, write specifications, and establish success criteria before handing off implementation to AI tools.
→Conduct rigorous code review of AI-generated output, ensuring production-quality results you're confident maintaining long-term.
→Perform comprehensive manual QA, including predicting and testing edge cases beyond what automated tests cover.
→Write and maintain robust test suites that enable agentic tools to iterate effectively.
→Create comprehensive documentation that allows both humans and LLMs to work with our codebase efficiently.
→Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of product builders and engineers.

Are genuinely passionate about software, computer science, and building products.
Have 5+ years of experience working as a full-stack software engineer with experience in both frontend and backend development.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Annual Salary:

Base Compensation: $100k - $140k CAD

Possibility of performance-based raises twice per fiscal year.

Location-based policy: We hire remotely throughout Canada.

Software Engineers at Moovs don’t just write code, they explore problems, design solutions, and own the implementation of those solutions end to end. Compared to traditional software companies, our engineers have a much greater breadth of responsibility and scope of influence. We are extremely bullish on AI and maximally leverage Claude Code and Codex to design, implement, and maintain the products we build.
