Responsibilities
~1 min read- →2-3 years proven working experience as a support consultant
- →Proven experience in a technical or implementation consulting role, with a focus on AI/machine learning solutions
- →Ability to work in shifts
- →Willingness and flexibility to work at live events (concerts, sporting events, festivals)
- →Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal & written
- →Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Dynamics, Jira etc), OpenCX or similar, Intercom or any similar live chat platform
- →Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- →Knowledge of ForthCRS - Certus System will be a plus
