Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing BI team. You will be

responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that enable

data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality,

accessibility, and reliability for analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.

  Build, maintain, and monitor data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric.

• →Support data integration from Oracle, Salesforce, TELUS TPM, NIQ, and MSAi data sources.

  Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across multiple systems.

  Identify and investigate data quality issues.

• →

  Support enterprise data governance and documentation efforts.

• →

  Prepare and optimize datasets for Power BI reporting and analytics.

• →Assist with semantic models, data models, and reporting infrastructure.
• →

  Partner with BI Analysts to meet business reporting requirements.

• →Recommend opportunities to enhance data reliability and performance.
• →

  Document data pipelines, integrations, and technical processes.

• →Collaborate with business and technical teams to support analytics initiatives.
• →

  Participate in testing and deployment of new data solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Fabric Suite, Azure, Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and normalization.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Salesforce or related technologies.

• Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Business Analytics.

• Background in CPG industry data workflows.
