We are seeking a highly organized Marketing & Content Operations Specialist to own the execution and operational management of marketing initiatives across a growing ecommerce, education, content, and live events business.

This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing email and SMS marketing, coordinating content publishing, maintaining marketing systems, supporting creator and content workflows, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with hands-on marketing execution. Rather than simply coordinating projects, they take ownership of recurring marketing processes, identify operational bottlenecks, improve workflows, and ensure marketing campaigns move from planning through execution with minimal oversight.

Success in this role requires someone who enjoys building organized systems, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and supporting a fast-moving marketing team across several brands and business initiatives.

This is not a creative strategy or paid media role. Creative direction and advertising strategy are handled by other specialists. The primary objective is ensuring the marketing engine runs efficiently through excellent operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business initiatives

  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and promotional timelines

  • Coordinate campaign launches, product releases, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives

  • Ensure campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Monitor campaign execution and proactively resolve operational issues

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms

  • Maintain email calendars and campaign documentation

  • Segment audiences and manage campaign lists

  • QA emails, links, personalization, and automations before deployment

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend operational improvements

  • Publish and maintain content across YouTube, websites, Shopify, mobile apps, podcasts, online platforms, and other digital channels

  • Manage publishing schedules, metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and supporting assets

  • Maintain organized content libraries and digital asset management systems

  • Ensure content is published accurately according to established timelines

  • Maintain marketing SOPs, documentation, templates, and operational processes

  • Improve recurring marketing workflows through automation and AI-assisted tools

  • Manage project boards and marketing task pipelines using ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms

  • Maintain marketing dashboards and campaign trackers

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across marketing operations

  • Prepare creative briefs and production requests for the Creative Designer & Video Editor

  • Coordinate creator deliverables, revisions, approvals, and production timelines

  • Organize creative assets for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Ensure assets are delivered according to campaign requirements and publishing schedules

  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to prepare campaign assets and launch schedules

  • Support the Ecommerce Operations Specialist with product launches, promotions, and website updates

  • Coordinate with the Operations Project Manager to prioritize marketing initiatives

  • Assist with special marketing, ecommerce, and content projects as the business grows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, content operations, or digital marketing

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns within ecommerce, digital media, or content-driven businesses

  • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo or similar email and SMS marketing platforms

  • Experience managing marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and content publishing workflows

  • Experience publishing content across multiple digital platforms, including websites, YouTube, Shopify, podcasts, or similar channels

  • Experience using Shopify or other ecommerce platforms to support marketing initiatives

  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools

  • Experience improving marketing workflows, documentation, SOPs, or operational processes

  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing execution and operational efficiency

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • High attention to detail and exceptional operational follow-through

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
