Nice to Have

~2 min read

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer (Meta & Google) to manage and optimize paid acquisition across multiple client accounts, with deep specialization in Meta Ads and strong working experience in Google Ads.

Media buying should be your core strength. You should be highly capable inside Meta Ads Manager, comfortable managing Google Ads, comfortable managing accounts independently, and able to execute accurately without repeated supervision.

At the same time, this role goes beyond simply being told which campaigns to build.

We are looking for someone who can analyze an account, identify which ads and strategies are working or underperforming, research competitors and market activity, and turn those findings into clear recommendations.

You should also be highly proficient with AI as part of your day-to-day workflow, using it to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving rather than treating it as an occasional productivity tool.

Meta is your number one expertise and is non-negotiable. Google is secondary but still required: you should have hands-on experience and be comfortable managing Google accounts on your own. Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, or other paid acquisition platforms is valuable, but we do not expect equal expertise across every channel.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, responsive, curious, and self-directed. We want someone who can enter as a strong media buyer and continue developing toward broader growth and strategy ownership over time.

  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed management

  • Experience with TikTok Ads

  • Experience with AppLovin

  • Experience scaling ecommerce brands

  • Familiarity with attribution tools and tracking setups

  • Experience working across several paid acquisition channels

  • Interest in growing beyond media buying into broader growth strategy or growth operations
