Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Personal Injury attorney in our Monmouth area offices.

Responsibilities

→Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
→Complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases
→Guide clients through the lifecycle of their case
→Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
→Complete turndown approval for viability issues
→Oversee formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations
→Manage the release approval process
→Manage a team of multiple Case Managers
→Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of New Jersey
→Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
→Handling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as required
→Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager

Requirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the NJ Bar Association
1+ years of personal injury or premises liablity experience
Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases
Ability to manage multiple Case Managers
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

$100,000—$125,000 USD
