To support our vision in delivering the premier client/attorney experience, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Physical Security and Life Safety who is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our workforce. In this role, you will lead a variety of projects with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of our business.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Provide Strategic Leadership for the global physical security and safety function, including partnering with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all security and safety controls, systems, and devices (such as alarms, video, locks, and door hardware) are operating as designed and expected
- Develop, monitor, and deliver outcome driven metrics demonstrating the value of the security and life safety program
- Establish and foster relationships with law enforcement and first responders
- Manage the operational security and life safety practices
- Coordinate and deliver security and life safety training
- Develop policies, procedures, and standards for the program
- Conduct threat assessments, investigate incidents, and maintain a threat risk register
- Build collaborative partnerships with Human Resources, Facilities, Operations, Contact Center, and other cross-functional partners
- Identify and inform leadership of compliance issues, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience successfully delivering a multi-site enterprise security and life safety program
- Experience performing vendor management, conducting RFPS, reviewing contracts, and third-party risk assessments
- Proficiency managing modern security technology platforms such as Securitas, Johnson Controls, Avigilon, Verkada, and Eagle Eye
- Ability to successfully deliver multiple large-scale projects often on accelerated timelines
- Demonstrable business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-awareness
- Curiosity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- ASIS certification preferred, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
