The U.S. Banks Incident & Fraud Risk Management Team is seeking an Associate (AS) who will report to the U.S. Banks Incidents and Fraud Risk Management Officer and will be responsible for supporting first line of defense risk management activities related to incident management. This role will directly support and interact with the Banks' business lines and will engage with shared service organizations that provide services to the Banks. Key Responsibilities: * Perform incident analysis to identify and confirm incidents applicable to the Banks and support First Line Bank Business Risk team to perform quality assurance review. * Support Bank Risk governance forums and working groups through providing metrics and insight on key operational risk areas. * Support First Line Bank Business Risk team to maintain and report compliance with the Firm's Operational Risk Incident Policy. * Generate timely and accurate reporting for senior management, committee, and regulatory consumption. * Collaborate with stakeholders and across all three lines of defense to confirm comprehensive and consistent practices are followed to allow for a successful oversight program that proactively manages and assesses operational risk. Qualifications/Skills required: * Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or other related field. * Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience preferably in Fraud & Incidents, Operational Risk, and/or financial services. * Demonstrate an understanding of various risk management frameworks and requirements. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently, and effectively. * Attention to detail, strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities; with the ability to make actionable recommendations. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with management and colleagues. * Proficiency with data analytic platforms, specifically Tableau. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
