As an Entry Level Operator, you will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient mining operations. You will complete training, operate equipment, maintain safe work areas, and support production activities as part of a team environment. Successful candidates will be placed in an assigned area and shift.

Responsibilities

→Safely perform duties in a potash production environment, either surface (mill/loadout) or underground.
→Demonstrate physical capability to lift, carry, shovel and perform manual tasks as required.
→Successfully complete required exams, training modules, and task sheets for applicable equipment.
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
→Safely and effectively operate mobile equipment (training provided).
→Follow and interpret written and oral instructions; complete written reports as required.
→Comply with all environmental regulations and company standards.
→Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety requirements and Mosaic site safety policies.
