Senior Technician

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our Pittsburgh-based team supporting the build, testing, and validation of advanced electromechanical systems — primarily focused on autonomous and electric vehicle platforms. This is a hands-on, senior-level technician role for someone with deep electrical and mechanical knowledge. 

• →Proficient in complex wire harness fabrication, with the proven ability to execute builds from a Bill of Materials (BOM) and schematics.
• →Support prototype builds, retrofits, and system integrations for advanced vehicle programs.
• →Assemble, diagnose, and repair electromechanical systems.
• →Able to perform at a high level in a rapid prototype research and development environment.
• →Create concise documentation of work being performed.
• →Maintain high safety and quality standards across all work performed.
  
  

• Experienced with harness fabrication and assembly
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems—CAN, Ethernet, low-voltage, sensors, and actuators.
• Expected to work efficiently and collaboratively within a close knit team environment
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electromechanical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
  
  

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent industry-standard harness fabrication certification.
• Prior experience in a rapid prototyping environment.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with CAD or harness design software such as EB-CAD or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Familiarity with flashing ECUs and basic diagnostics using UDS or OBD tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety systems and industry quality standards.
